Storing: Store your extension glue in an upright position at room temperature in a cool/dark location. Once opened, keep your glue in an airtight container with the supplied silica packet.
If you’re storing a used glue (opened glue) in a refrigerator, make sure you leave out the glue at room temperature for more than 2 hours before use. To manage the glue more effectively, we recommend writing the date of purchase and the date of first open on back of the package.
Before Each Use: Shake the glue bottle horizontally for a full 30 seconds. – This will ensure there is no separation of ingredients.
Once opened, squirt a few drops on a paper towel (we do not recommend using the first drop after shaking). Refresh the glue every 20 minutes; avoid mixing new glue drops with old glue drops. And place new drops at least one inch apart. Our adhesives are quick-drying, so we recommend dipping the lash in the center of the drop instead of on its side.
Before Closing: Make sure to clean the glue nozzle after the use with a piece of paper or a cloth that doesn’t have any fiber. Do not use any toilet papers or paper tissues or cotton pads (or cotton balls) as its fiber will clog the nozzle. At BL, we offer Glue Pin (link) that prevents clog of nozzle tip and can be used in replacement for glue cap. You can simply plug in the glue pin after you dispense a drop on the glue plate, it saves time of screwing the cap back onto the bottle, hence less exposure of your glue to moisture.
Before closing the glue, be sure to “burp” your glue bottle to remove any air. Always recap immediately after use.
